The competition, co-organized by the provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Zenith International Vietnam Ltd Company, aimed to introduce and promote the unique cultural heritage of Long An to both domestic and international friends and tourists. It provided a platform for young people to showcase their talents and an opportunity for Vietnamese and Korean students to connect.

The event was part of the second Long An Culture, Sports, and Tourism Week 2024, which took place from November 28 to December 4. The final performances featured a variety of acts, including singing, singing and dancing, contemporary dance, folk dance, and modern dance styles such as hip-hop and popping.

In his address, Tran Hai Phu, Secretary of the province's Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, highlighted that the competition served as a cultural and musical exchange platform for students from Vietnam and the RoK.
