	China lodges a complaint against the US at WTO over tariff case

Accordingly, on September 28, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2942/ QD-BCT on the application of official anti-dumping measures on some China-originated aluminum products. On July 29, 2020, the Ministry then issued a notice to receive the first request to review the mentioned case, which coded AD05.

Based on the received review request and data from the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam, on November 18, 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decree No. 2994/QD-BCT on implementing the first review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some aluminum products originating from China. The case was marked with the code of AR01.AD05.

The case of AR01.AD05 reviewed the following companies:

1. Xingfa Group (including Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum Co., Ltd and its affiliates);

2. JMA Group (including Guangdong JMA Aluminum Profile Factory (Group) Co., Ltd and its affiliates);

3. Bazhou Jinwoshengdi Aluminum Products Co., Ltd;

4. Fujian Zhangzhou Antai Aluminum Co., Ltd

5. Guangdong Weiye Aluminum Factory Group Co., Ltd.

To ensure the benefits of organizations and individuals, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam recommends that organizations and individuals register as related actors in the review process to access public information circulated in the review process, as well as gaining the rights to send comments, information, and evidence related to the review; and cooperate with investigating agencies in the process of investigation.
