Emphasizing that Europe is an important partner of Vietnam, the National Assembly Chairman hopes that Ambassadors and staff of the embassies will continue to fully and deeply grasp the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the results of the National Diplomacy Conference implementing the Resolution of the 13th Congress (December 2022).

He asks the embassies to strongly and comprehensively implement major directives in foreign affairs. Given the rapidly changing and unpredictable global situation, the Hue requested the embassies to further promote their pioneering role in contributing to improving their foreign affairs position, ensuring a peaceful and sustainable environment, and calling for external resources to serve the country's development goals.

The Chairman of the National Assembly suggested the Ambassadors pay special attention to economic diplomacy, stimulating the ratification of the Vietnam-EU Investment Protection Agreement to create favorable conditions for economic activities and investment, bringing benefits to both sides. He also suggested key areas of cooperation that need to be actively promoted between Vietnam and EU countries, especially countries in the Southeast European region, such as labor and agricultural products, information technology, and new fields such as Digital Transformation and innovation.
