Vietnam always attaches great importance to the consolidation and development of friendship and cooperation with China, considering this as a consistent policy, objective requirements, strategic choice, and top priority in foreign policy.

He hopes that the Vietnamese community in China will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, actively integrating and developing their lives abroad in accordance with the law.
Also, Chinh hopes that each individual in the community will always be an ambassador of the Vietnam-China friendship "both as a comrade and a brother" that has been built and cultivated over many generations and will continue to be passed on to future generations. It has become a precious common heritage of the two peoples and two countries and the young generations needs to inherit, preserve, and promote this relationship.
