Programme to offer visitors new night-time cultural experience in Hue.
Under the theme of ‘Royal Inspiration’, the event will be staged along the road connecting Ngo Mon (Noon Gate), Thai Hoa Palace, and the ancient Duyet Thi Duong Theatre, which was constructed in 1827.
Accordingly, when the Changing of the Guard ceremony concludes, visitors will be allowed to enter the citadel to explore splendid light displays from Ngo Mon to Thai Hoa Palace before heading to Duyet Thi Duong Theatre to enjoy ancient tunes of Hue royal court music.
There are two shows available for visitors at 18:45 and 20:15 every evening.
The programme is hosted by the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre in the aim of giving visitors an opportunity to learn more about ‘Nha Nhac’, which was honoured with a place on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity./.
