Putin's invitation to Kim Jong-un comes days after the reclusive DPRK’s leader held landmark talks in Singapore with U.S. President Donald Trump.

Kim Yong-nam is head of the presidium of DPRK's Supreme People's Assembly.

Putin also said he welcomed the meeting between the DPRK’s leader and U.S. President Donald Trump on June 12th in Singapore.

For his part, the guest handed a written message to the host President from DPRK’s leader Kim Jong-un at their meeting on the same day./,
