On November 12, 2024, the Ha Giang People's Committee, in partnership with Plan International Vietnam, CARE International in Vietnam, and the Center for Research on Initiatives of Community Development (RIC), held a review meeting. The focus was on evaluating the 2023-2024 phase of the "Reaching The Furthest Behind" program and collecting feedback for the upcoming 2024-2028 phase. Funded by the Irish Embassy in Vietnam, the five-year initiative has been implemented in 15 communes across the districts of Dakrong and Huong Hoa (Quang Tri Province), Da Bac and Lac Son (Hoa Binh Province), and Xin Man and Vi Xuyen (Ha Giang Province). |
