What are the Japanese people's organizations that are cooperating and exchanging with Vietnam?
Currently, in Japan, there are and are a large number of "people-to-people diplomacy" organizations both at the national and local levels.
The major organizations that have cooperative and friendly relations with Vietnam are the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association, the Japan-Vietnam Association, the Japan-Vietnam Peace and Friendship Promotion Council, and Vietnam Cultural Exchange Association.
Recently, there are many local friendship organizations. Specifically, the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association has 16 local branches.
At the same time, there are many local independent organizations that are not part of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association such as the Fukushima-Vietnam Friendship Association, and the Okinawa-Vietnam Friendship Association.
In addition to exchange activities with Vietnam, these people-to-people diplomacy organizations also participate in cooperation and support activities for Vietnamese living in Japan. They organize Vietnamese language classes, and Vietnamese festivals in many places in Japan.
What do people's organizations and businesses, especially young people in Japan expect from Vietnamese partners and friends?
Japan and Vietnam cooperated in many fields. I think that this cooperation will be more sustainable, better, and more progressive when we apply Japanese standards to the richness of the Vietnamese market.
In my opinion, the relationship between Japan and Vietnam is a friendship of mutual learning. If this relationship is well established, the possibility of Japanese success in Vietnam will be high.
I think the current relationship between Japan and Vietnam is one of mutual trust, from the country's leaders to the people. Honesty is the foundation of trust.

Many Japanese people have high expectations from their Vietnamese partners about sincerity. Japanese people of my generation who grew up during the war have a special affection for Vietnam. Vietnam is a "special country" for our generation.
Japanese youth currently do not have much special affection for Vietnam, but they have many interests in different fields. They are the future generation that will be able to have a long and stable relationship with Vietnam. I hope that more Vietnamese will get closer to today's young Japanese.
In order to develop the friendship between the two countries, what issues should Vietnam pay attention to in the coming time?
Besides the unique culture of Japan, I believe that Japan also has excellent intellectual properties such as "Japanese management," "Japanese manufacturing" and "Japanese service."
I hope that Vietnamese people understand the "Japanese model" in these areas, recognize its strengths and weaknesses, and apply them appropriately to the Vietnamese situation.
In other words, what we hope is to create more "Vietnamese models" based on "Japanese models." To be able to do this, it is necessary to have Vietnamese human resources who understand Japan, and many Japanese people who have a deep understanding of Vietnam.
