The RRP brings together a formidable coalition of 14 prestigious educational institutions and universities, forming a powerhouse of knowledge and expertise. Among these institutions are renowned names such as Panjab University, Punjabi University, Punjab Engineering College (PEC) Chandigarh, IIT Ropar, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chandigarh, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) Longowal, IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar, GNA University, Chandigarh University (CU), and several others.

Heading this formidable initiative are distinguished academicians, with the likes of Prof Rajneesh Arora, former Vice-Chancellor of IKGPTU, at the helm. The leadership team also includes Prof Raghavendra P Tiwari, the Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Punjab, and Shankaranand, the National Organisational Secretary of BSM.
