At the meeting on January 28, Vietnamese businesses listened to ideas shared by influential individuals on Middle Eastern social media. With their unique personalities, bloggers contribute significantly to promoting the "specialties" of various tourist destinations during each journey.
The discussion also saw the participation of some bloggers who had previously visited Vietnam. They shared their experiences and expressed their desires on how to make future trips even more fulfilling.
For travel companies, the common theme discussed during the session was how to organize and serve different groups of tourists to Vietnam.
Deputy Director of Vietravel Candice Tran said the roundtable helped Vietravel and other travel companies gain a deeper understanding of the structure of the Kuwaiti tourism industry, as well as travel and shopping habits of locals.
Held at Republique Restaurant, the roundtable provided an opportunity for participants to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, contributing to bringing the image of Vietnam closer to the travel community in Kuwait.
