Int'l Leaders Congratulate Vietnam on National Day
	Friends Extend Congratulations to Communist Party of Vietnam on 93rd Anniversary

The congratulatory messages have come from a variety of organizations, including the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association, the Philippines-Vietnam Friendship Association, the Association of Korean People Loving Viet Nam (VESAMO), and the Korea-Vietnam Economic Cultural Association (KOVECA).

In their congratulatory messages, international friends expressed their confidence that President Luong Cuong, along with the leaders of the Party and the State of Vietnam, will continue to lead the country and the people of Vietnam towards achieving more remarkable accomplishments.

Buyanov in his letter.

Dr. Buyanov expressed his belief that the comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Vietnam will continue to grow stronger. The Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association is ready to make positive contributions through people-to-people diplomacy activities.

Professor Mario Ferdinand Ayano Pasion, President of the Philippines-Vietnam Friendship Association, also extended his congratulations and expressed confidence that under President Luong Cuong's leadership, Vietnam and the Philippines will continue to strengthen their friendship through deeper cooperation in areas including trade, education, culture, and regional security.

The professor expressed his wish to work closely with the Vietnamese government to promote the mutual interests of both countries and ASEAN’s common goals.

Chang Ho-Ick, Chairman of VESAMO, extended his best wishes for President Luong Cuong’s success in achieving new milestones as President of Vietnam. He expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Party, the State, and the Government of Vietnam, the country will continue to prosper, the Vietnamese people will be increasingly happy, and the relationship between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea will strengthen further.

Sharing the same sentiment, Kwon Sung Taek, Chairman of KOVECA, expressed his confidence that Vietnam will achieve greater political stability and sustainable economic development under the leadership of President Luong Cuong.
