Many streets in Hanoi have been brilliantly decorated with flags and banners to celebrate the 1010^th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi, 66th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation Day (October 10) and the 17th Congress of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee.
