The relationship between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries will not be affected by the COVID-19 outbreak as the two sides have agreed to strengthen their cooperation in winning the battle against the deadly virus, Chinese ambassador to ASEAN Deng Xijun said Friday (Feb 21).
