Vietnamese Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi held talks with Cuban Minister of Construction Rene Mesa Villafana and Cuban construction units and enterprises within the framework of the 41st session of the Vietnam-Cuba Intergovernmental Committee in Havana, the Republic of Cuba, from April 11 to April 15.

The signing of the MoU took place on the occasion of the State visit to Vietnam by President of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Yoon Suk Yeol.
