Police in Lima on Sunday (Apr 12) arrested a Chinese citizen for illegally conducting rapid COVID-19 tests on the public with kits stolen from Peru's health ministry, reported AFP.

China says only companies approved by the National Medical Products Administration can ship their coronavirus test kits overseas after several European countries complained about the accuracy of some Chinese-made tests.
