The State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 28 held a ceremony to receive the donation from the Vietnamese community in Kharkov province (Ukraine) to assist the Covid-19 prevention and control fund in Vietnam.
