Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s Directive No. 19 released this Saturday stipulates that festivals, religious, and sports events are still contemporarily closed in a move to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Vietnam Government Portal reported.
