Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Vietnam Pham Binh Minh on June 12 held phone talks with Foreign Minister of Kuwait Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, discussing ways to promote bilateral ties as well as regional and global issues of common concern.
