The 2024 international food festival opens with the theme of "Gastronomy of Unity" and draws the participation of 45 foreign embassies, foreign representative agencies, and units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as 18 localities nationwide. The occasion offers the opportunity to showcase traditional and exotic foods from various countries and territories worldwide.

After a hiatus due to Covid-19 last year, the 2022 International Food Festival took place here on Sunday, featuring nearly 200 booths with unique culinary experiences from different cultures.

The International Food Festival 2020 was held at Van Phuc Diplomatic Compound in Hanoi on December 6, with the participation of nearly 150 pavilions run by members of the ASEAN Community, international agencies, cultural centres and foreign relations departments of Vietnamese localities and businesses.

The International Food Festival is an annual cultural and charity fundraising event hosted by the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps, featuring around 100 pavilions representing embassies, foreign relations departments, non-governmental organisations and foreign cultural centres in Vietnam.
