From September 18-19, a delegation of the Vietnam's Central Propaganda Department, led by Lai Xuan Mon - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Committee, held working sessions with MaRS, the largest innovation hub in North America to exchange experiences in research cooperation.
