The oil industry is having a nightmare when oil prices have fallen to the lowest level since 2002. 

Vietnam's national oil and gas group Petrovietnam may incur a loss of up to US$3 billion in revenue if prices of crude oil can not reach a higher level of $30-35 per barrel as in recent days.
