On December 26, at the People's Committee of Soc Trang province, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City Madan Mohan Sethi led the delegation to visit and work with leaders of Soc Trang province.

The Vietnam Sustainable Agriculture Transformation (VnSAT) project has contributed to shaping Soc Trang province's further vision in synchronous solutions to improve the competitiveness of local rice and grains.
