On July 13, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO) bestowed its “For Peace and Friendship Among Nations” insignia upon the outgoing Belgian Ambassador to Vietnam Paul Jansen in recognition of his valuable contributions throughout his term of office in Vietnam.
