Vietnam's Ambassador to the Netherlands attended the Flag Raising Ceremony on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of the ASEAN.

Representatives of Colombia, Cuba and South Africa on November 10 signed the instruments in a virtual ceremony, in which the three countries join the ASEAN Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation (TAC), a step that broadens the prospects for cooperation among them and ASEAN member nations.
