Japan and representatives of State members of ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting Plus (ADMM-Plus) valued the preparations of Vietnam in hosting the Competency Evaluation Program for Prospective UN Peacekeepers (CEPPP) as well as outcomes of the program.
