Public and corporate satisfaction should be used to measure the efficiency of administrative reforms , Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said at a year-end conference held by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Hanoi on December 29.

A national marine spatial master plan is being developed, aiming to fuel the sustainable development of marine economic clusters and establish sea-based economic hubs by 2030.

The first part of the 25th Intergovernmental Meeting of the Coordinating Body on the Seas of East Asia (IGM 25) took place in 2 days from 8-9 September, ended successfully.
