The Ministry of Health has asked localities nationwide to monitor foreign arrivals from countries with monkeypox as an early response after infections were spotted in the region.

Vietnam has gone 24 hours straight without recording any fresh Covid-19 infection to Friday morning April 17. However, PM requests no looseness of entry restrictions until April 30.
