Citizens of Vietnam and the Netherlands have laid a foundation and served as a driving force for the relationship between the two countries, according to Ha Huy Thong, Vice President of the Vietnam-Netherlands Friendship Association.

The Vietnam-Netherlands Friendship Association in Ho Chi Minh City was established as a focal point, creating a channel to connect and support organizations and businesses of the two countries to strengthen cooperation and investment.
