On October 1, in Bat Xat district (Lao Cai), Save the Children International - Representative Office in Vietnam coordinated with the Lao Cai Red Cross Society to launch the "Emergency relief project for households affected by floods caused by storm No. 3 in 2024 in Lao Cai". The activity runs under a relief project framework approved by the Lao Cai People's Committee in its Decision No. 2414/QD-UBND dated September 24, 2024.
