All three new cases are Vietnameses returning from China's Wuhan city, the Ministry of Health announced.
One of the two Chinese nationals who were the first confirmed cases of nCoV in Vietnam has recovered at Ho Chi Minh City-based Cho Ray Hospital.
Li Zichao, 28, was tested three times including on Monday and turned up negative every time. He had been at the hospital for six days.
Zichao is able to breathe without the assistance of a respirator and eats food normally, Dr Nguyen Tri Thuc, the hospital director, said.
His father, Li Ding, 66, is still receiving treatment.
Ding arrived in Hanoi from Wuhan with his wife on January 13 before flying to Nha Trang four days later and developing a fever.
Zichao, who has been living in Long An Province for the last four months, went to visit him in Nha Trang. The three then came to Saigon and travelled to neighboring Long An by taxi.
Zichao developed a fever on January 20, three days after his father. Both were admitted to the Cho Ray Hospital on January 22. Ding’s wife tested negative.
One of them has been quarantined at central Thanh Hoa province’s hospital, while the other two are undergoing treatment at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi.
The country is quarantining a total of 32 suspected infected cases, awaiting final test results, while 65 cases have their results returned negative. Forty-three people are being quarantined despite having normal health as they have had contacts with suspected nCoV-infected patients.
The new coronavirus, which started in Wuhan in China's Hubei province, has spread to more than 10 other countries and territories including as far as the United States, France and Australia.
In China, 213 people have died from the disease and nearly 10,000 people have been infected with the virus./.
