Since my early school days, I developed a deep love for Vietnam and its people, sparked by the first Vietnamese book I read as a first grader. Vietnam’s rich history and the profound philosophy of its people—emphasizing harmony and unity—have left a lasting impression on me. From North to South, the Vietnamese people truly embody the spirit of being one family.
I am deeply impressed by the wise leadership of the Party and State, as well as the courageous spirit of the Vietnamese people during their resistance against foreign invaders. The 50th anniversary of national reunification is a monumental milestone in Vietnam's history. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Vietnam and wish the nation continued success as it enters a new 'golden' era of development. We hope to see Vietnam thrive in its process of renovation and administrative reform, and we look forward to the country achieving its ambitious double-digit growth target within the next three years.
Throughout my time in Vietnam, I have visited approximately 25 provinces and cities, each leaving a profound impression on me. The breathtaking natural landscapes—rivers, lakes, mountains, rice fields—alongside the vibrant people, their crafts, and the unique ethnic costumes, create a rich tapestry of beauty and culture.
What touched me most has been the hospitality and sincerity of the local people. In Lao Cai, I noticed a striking resemblance between their traditional jewelry and that of Kazakhstan, which made me feel an incredible sense of closeness. It was as though no distance existed between our two nations.
