Vietnamese Photographer Awarded International Prize

Photographer Cao Ky Nhan, living and working in Ho Chi Minh City, is the only Vietnamese to win the gold award for the photo "Autumn love song" taken at Suoi Tia. The ghostly photo has an epic quality, reminiscent of watercolor. He ranked 4th in the top 50 most beautiful panoramic photos of the amateur category.
"It has a poetic beauty in different seasons. It becomes even more fanciful in the autumn days when the mist spreads over the lake. "Nhan said: "I took it in 2019, the highlight is the boatman rowing slowly on a corner of the flooded forest in Suoi Tia, Da Lat."
Tuyen Lam Lake is about 6 kilometers from the center of Da Lat city. In the 1930s, Farraut, a Frenchman, rented the area to make a farm, and at the same time renovated it into a resort.
In addition to the photo above, Cao Ky Nhan also has the picture "Quiet," which captures the beauty of the mountains and hills hidden in the morning mist at B'lao, Bao Locl and the won the bronze prize in the landscape photography category.

Nhan rarely participates in photography contests, and initially did not intend to participate in this contest because the high fees.
But due to Covid-19, he had stayed at home for four months and decided sending photos to the contest.

"It is undeniable that landscape photography is only for those who love to explore, enjoy beautiful sights and are nature lovers. Landscape photos are also a way for photographers to promote the beauty of their homeland to domestic and international," he said.
Photographer Cao Ky Nhan is a travel inspiration, with his many beautiful photos of the landscape of the homeland and the rhythm of Vietnamese life. Since 2016, he has started to explore all the country, "hunting for photos" in about 40 provinces and cities in Vietnam. The place where he has taken the most photos is his hometown, Phu Yen. He hopes life will soon return to normal so he can continue to experience and photograph Vietnam.
