Vietnamese woman presented Russia’s Silver Pigeon Award

Ms. Pham Thanh Xuan, Standing Member of the Executive Committee of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Russia, has been awarded the Silver Pigeon Award of the International Council on Social Prizes under Russia’s International Union of "World Community Leader" Social Organizations.

Vietnamese woman presented Russia’s Silver Pigeon Award
Ms. Pham Thanh Xuan, Standing Member of the Executive Committee of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Russia, has been awarded the Silver Pigeon Award of the International Council on Social Prizes under Russia’s International Union of "World Community Leader" Social Organizations.

This is the first time Vietnam has been honored with this prestigious international award.

Representatives of other countries were also given the award including Russia, China, Hungary and Nicaragua.

The international community recognizes the Silver Pigeon Award as honoring inpiduals, who by their persistent contributions through public diplomatic development have brought significant benefit to humanity and society, strengthening socio-economic stability.

The international award was first presented in 2011./.
