Vietnam’s cuisine among top choices for solo travellers

Vietnam, Thailand and India are Asian countries listed among the top destinations for a solo foodie holiday, according to new data released by travel dating website Tourbar.com.

Pho (noodle soup) is a traditional food favored by foreign tourists.

The website has announced the list of nine countries with the best gastronomy for solo travelers, based on surveys and assessments of UK holiday makers.

According to the website, Vietnam’s cuisine is really fascinating with many dishes mixed from various recipes and traditional flavors. Up to 4.7% of the participants voted for Vietnam.

The exotic tastes of Thailand also proved to be popular with 18.2% of UK tourists looking to visit the country to taste it’s well-known dishes, such as pad Thai and tom yum soup.

Thanks to its tasty tapas and flavor some paella, solo UK travelers have named Spain as the top destination, at 19.6%, said the website./.
