The conference had more than 2,000 delegates from more than 20 countries, including representatives from the Australian Government, the European Union, representatives of the Governments of Japan, the RoK, Singapore, and Vietnam.
At the conference, Peter Hong, permanent vice president, general secretary of BAOOV introduced the outstanding advantages of green hydrogen production technology researched and produced by Vietnamese people.
Those advantages include no need to plan input material areas, eliminating harmful emissions generated in the combustion chamber of the engine such as NOx, CO, CO2, SO2, exceeding Euro 6 standards.
The technology helps to burn thoroughly and prolong the combustion time of the fuel, stabilize the combustion chamber temperature at an optimal level, without the need to install additional energy sources.
It cleans the carbon of the internal combustion engine, and prolongs the life of the engine, applicable to all types of internal combustion engines (gasoline, oil and gas).
The invention has been successfully tested in practice with most applications on internal combustion engines, and has been registered for global intellectual property protection (WIPO/PTC, USA, Japan).
Currently, the US granted a patent, and protected global intellectual property for this technology on July 25, 2023, and is waiting for WIPO and Japan and Australia to grant a license.
A number of researchers, leading automotive and energy technology groups from the US, Australia, Japan, China, and Saudi Arabia are also interested in learning about the system and wish to cooperate.

The conference and exhibition "Connecting Green Hydrogen APAC 2023" takes place in the context that Vietnam and Australia are organizing activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the two countries' relations (1973-2023), promoting the partnership to comprehensive strategic partnership at the appropriate time.
It also comes at a time when Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese just announced a support package of AUD105 million (US$7 million) for sustainable infrastructure planning, development of clean energy sources and Vietnam's mining industry.
This is the basis to help Vietnam avoid the pressure of "Net zero," access to leading partners and corporations in technology production of Australia as well as developed countries in production cooperation and technology transfer, in the process of achieving emission balance by 2050 with this ODA source.
On the sidelines of the conference, the delegation met and discussed with representatives of the EU, the Government of Australian Government, Japan, the RoK, and Professor Michael Brear, director of Melbourne Energy Institute, University of Melbourne (Australia) to consult experience, learn and connect with the world's leading corporations in clean energy, green hydrogen production technology.
After the conference, a number of corporations from Chile, Australia, the RoK, Japan and Indonesia will come to Vietnam to exchange and find opportunities for cooperation, investment and development of green hydrogen technology, and other technological products on renewable energy and environment.
Connecting Green Hydrogen APAC is the largest and most influential Green Hydrogen event in Australia and the APAC region. The Connecting Green Hydrogen APAC 2024 will co-locate with Australia Wind Energy 2024, this momentous gathering will take place at MCEC Melbourne, uniting clean energy enthusiasts and industry leaders under one roof. |
