Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue: Cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places at night. Level 2-3 southwest wind. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds. The lowest temperature is from 26 to 29 degrees.
