In the North, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, the weather continues to be very cold, and the mountains are freezing. In the area from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue, the cold will be harmful to young children and the elderly’s health.

In the area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa, there is moderate to heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30mm.
