Vietnam’s Weather Forecast (January 31): The Temperature Slowly Rises In The Northern Region

According to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the cold air is weak, causing the bitter chills in the North and North Central region to last for a short time, with a slight increase in temperature. Nevertheless, the Northern high mountainous areas are still likely to experience ice and snow.

Showers appeared in many places, causing the temperature to increase slightly compared to yesterday, but the feeling of cold is still strong.

In the delta and midland areas, temperatures are mostly above the 10-degree threshold such as Hai Phong at 10.2 degrees, Quang Ninh at 10.9 degrees or the provinces of Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, and Thai Binh all at 10-12.

Meteorological experts say that after today, the Northern and North Central regions will have scattered fog in the early morning and sunshine in the afternoon. Particularly the South Central region, Central Highlands and Southern region are stable with sunny days and no rain at night.

The weather forecast in different regions

Northwest region: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and rainy in the early morning, with scattered showers in some places in the afternoon. Lowest temperature: 10-13 degrees, some places are below 5 degrees. The highest temperature: is 13-16 degrees, and some places are above 16.

Northeast region: The weather will be cloudy and rainy during the day, with scattered showers in some places at night. Particularly in the mountainous and midland areas, the weather is extremely cold. Lowest temperature: 10-13 degrees. Highest temperature: 13-16 degrees, some places below 8 degrees.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and rainy in the early morning, with rain at night. In the North, the weather is very cold. Lowest temperature: North 12-14 degrees, South 14-16 degrees. Highest temperature: North 15-18 degrees; South 18-21 degrees.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy with scattered rain in some places, and sunny in the afternoon. Lowest temperature: 20-23 degrees. Highest temperature: North 24-27 degrees; South 27-30 degrees.

The Central Highlands: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with light rain at night. Lowest temperature: 15-18 degrees. Highest temperature: 26-29 degrees.

The Southern region: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees. Highest temperature: 31-34 degrees, some places above 34 degrees.

Hanoi: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and rainy during the day, with scattered showers at night. Lowest temperature: 10-12 degrees. Highest temperature: 13-15 degrees, in some places, the temperatures are above 15 degrees.

Ho Chi Minh City: According to the forecast of the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, the weather in Ho Chi Minh City will be sunny and less cloudy, with lots of sunshine. The temperature is maintained between 32 degrees Celsius - 34 degrees Celsius. Relative humidity is commonly 46-61%, cloud density is 27-34%. The weather at night is cold.
