In the North, Storm No. 2 is expected to cause heavy rain in many areas, especially coastal provinces from Quang Ninh to Nam Dinh. Rainfall can reach 200-300 mm in 24 hours. Strong winds level 6-7, gusts level 8-9. Hanoi, Hoa Binh, and Thai Nguyen will also be affected by heavy rain, causing flooding and landslides in mountainous areas.

The Central region will be strongly affected by this storm, especially the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue. Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather is forecasted to have heavy rain in some places in the morning and afternoon, with scattered thunderstorms in the evening and night. During thunderstorms, watch out for tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds. Lowest temperature: 25-28 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 31-34 degrees Celsius.
