	Vietnam’s Weather Forecast (July 28): Northern And Central Regions Continue To Experience Severe Heat

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said the mountainous and midland areas of the North will have scattered showers and thunderstorms with rainfall from 15-30mm, with some places over 100mm. The thunderstorms will intensify in the evening and night.

The North and Central regions are hot, with some places experiencing severe heat, and the highest temperatures are 35-37 degrees Celsius, and some places are over 37 degrees Celsius. On the same day, the North is experiencing localized heat with the highest temperature in some places over 35 degrees Celsius. From July 29, the heat gradually eases in the Central region.

From the evening and night of July 28 to July 29, the North will have moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms, with total rainfall in the mountainous and midland areas of the North ranging from 40-100mm.

The Central region has localized heat, especially in the North and Central regions, with some places experiencing severe heat with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 35-37 degrees, some places above 37 degrees.

From around July 29 to August 4, the heat in the North Central region will gradually ease, with scattered showers and thunderstorms.

The Central Highlands and the South have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain in the afternoon and evening.

The Northwest region: The weather forecast is predicted to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with local heavy rain in the afternoon and evening. During thunderstorms, there is a risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature: 24-27 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 31-34 degrees Celsius.

The Northeast region: The weather is forecasted to have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night, with intense heat during the day. During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 26-29 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas, some places will be below 26 degrees. The highest temperature is 32-35 degrees Celsius, some places will be above 35 degrees.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather is predicted to have scattered showers and thunderstorms and high temperatures with severe heat during the day. During thunderstorms, there will be warnings of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature: 27-30 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 35-37 degrees Celsius.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather is forecasted to have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night. During the day, it will be sunny and hot in the North. Southwest wind level 3. During the thunderstorms, there will be tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature: 26-29 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 35-37 degrees Celsius.

The Central Highlands: The weather forecast is predicted to have scattered showers and thunderstorms with local heavy rain.
