The cooperation focuses on the position, role, and importance of the sea and islands in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland such as the current situation on our country's seas and islands, legal basis, and historical evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the two Paracel and Spratly Islands, plots and sabotage tactics of hostile forces, results of struggle and protection of sea and island sovereignty of forces on duty at sea, as well as the views and policies of our Party and State in resolving disputes and dissents at sea.
