"While rural areas lack a safe and healthy playground for children, the library is a means to offset the material and social disadvantage and support early childhood learning," said Hoang Trong Thuy, representative of the Zhishan Foundation Office in Vietnam.
Zhishan Foundation, began in 1995, is one of Taiwan’s most successful NGOs engaged in long term humanitarian international aid and development work. The Foundation has been carrying out many projects to support education, health care and long-term assistant for over 33,000 disadvantaged children in the Central Region./.
