140 cyclists compete at 2015 national cycling tournament
(VNF) - The 2015 national cycling tournament is being held in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province from October 13th-20th, luring 140 cyclists. 
The event is co-organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Motor and Bicycle Sport Federation, and the Ba Ria - Vung Tau provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Competitors from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Military, Ben Tre, VTV Binh Duong, Domesco Dong Thap, VTV Can Tho, Vinh Long Television…. will compete in 16 medal categories, including inpidual/double 500m peak speed record; 3km, 4km team time trial; woman’s 30km points race; man’s 40km points race; inpidual 30km, 40km time trial; 50km, 80km team time trial; inpidual/team 100km and 160km time trial.
This tour is part of the national competition system every October and aims to develop and improve professional skills for cyclists, thus seeking new candidates for the national squad in preparation for the upcoming international tours./.
