The event was attended by Vietnam’s Ambassador to Poland Ha Hoang Hai, Head of the Committee on External Relations and Overseas Vietnamese of the Central Vietnam Fatherland Front Tu Thanh Hue, Director of the General Research Department under the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Nguyen Trung Kien, leaders of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in Europe; and more than 200 delegates from across Poland.

After the opening speech by Tran Anh Tuan, President of the Vietnamese Association in Poland, Tu Thanh Hue and Nguyen Trung Kien read congratulatory messages from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chairman of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese.

The delegates agreed that the 25-year journey has been a vivid testament to the solidarity, attachment, and tireless efforts of the Vietnamese Association in Poland.

The association has established itself as a pivotal organization, uniting the Vietnamese community and fostering a strong spirit of solidarity while promoting the preservation of national cultural identity in a modern European nation.

At the event, Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai praised and recognized the positive outcomes of the association's activities and expressed gratitude for the dedication and valuable contributions of generations of leaders and members of the Vietnamese Association in Poland, as well as other affiliated organizations over the years.

The association has played a vital role in the community, with numerous practical activities aimed at connecting Vietnamese expatriates, preserving Vietnamese culture, and supporting integration into Polish society.

Over the past 25 years, the association has carried out meaningful community programs, such as activities to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the community, promote cultural exchanges, build a positive image of the community in Polish society, and organize events encouraging the community to stay connected with their homeland.

The association's achievements have significantly contributed to fostering unity within the community, strengthening their ties to the homeland, and serving as a bridge of friendship between the peoples of Vietnam and Poland.

Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai expressed confidence that the Vietnamese Association in Poland will continue to play a central role in uniting the community, attracting widespread participation and contributions, and actively promoting the recognition of the Vietnamese community in Poland as a national minority in the near future.

He affirmed that the Embassy would always accompany, support, and be a reliable anchor for the Vietnamese Association in Poland, as well as other organizations and the entire community.
