The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province just issued a decision approving the receipt of non-project aid from the Blue Dragon Children's Organization (Australia) to support children in difficulty and at risk of dropping out of school due to the impact of the pandemic and natural disasters in three districts: Nam Dong, Phong Dien, and Quang Dien.

Blue Dragon Children's Organization will provide 100 scholarships and 45 bicycles, totaling VND 203.500.000.

The project's purpose is to support the school's early profits while also providing bicycles to disadvantaged and at-risk kids.

The move will help children to preserve their right to an education, their right to develop, and their right to avoid early dropout and child labor abuse.

Non-project implementation is organized according to regulations of the Association for the Protection of Children's Rights in Thua Thien Hue province.
