Stewed Spicy Chicken with Vegetable (Ga nau rau cu cay)

Ingredients: 1,5kg chicken meat; 2 carrots, 1 onion, 500g potatoes; 3 tablespoons Korean chili paste; 4 tablespoons soy sauce; 2 teaspoons sesame oil; 1 tablespoon chili powder; spring onion and garlic.

Process:

-Clean well chicken, chop into medium slices.

-Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, Korean chili paste, chili powder, miced garlic into bowl and stir well.

-Pour sliced chicken into bow and use hands to mix with spices you made earlier. Wait in 1 – 2 hours.

-Pour chicken into pot, pour more hot water until it reaches the top of chicken meat, cook with medium heat.

Grilled Chicken Gizzard with Saffron Recipe (Me Ga Nuong Nghe)

Grilled Chicken Gizzard with Saffron is the great combination between crispy from chicken gizzard, specific flavor from saffron and spicy from satay (chili paste). Process:

-Clean carefully chicken gizzard in water added a little salt. Then, cut in half and wait to dry. Next, marinate gizzard with 1 teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon Maggi’s stuff. Mix well and wait in 15 minutes.

Ingredients: 300g chicken breast; 250g green broccoli; 250g spinach; 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic; cheese sauce: 11g cream cheese, 125g Mozzarella, minced chili; cover: 60g wheat flour (all purposed flour), 2 chicken eggs, 30ml water, 150g bread crumbs.

Process:

-Use mini cooking axe to smash gently chicken meat. Marinate with pepper and wait for 20 minutes.

-Fry sliced onion with butter in 5 minutes and add more minced chili, fry more 30 seconds.

-Clean and sliced small spinach, add into pan with onion and fry in 1 minute. (You should wait until spinach cleans out of water).

-Use another pan, you can fry broccoli with a little spices: sugar, salt, pepper in 2 minutes and pour on plate. Then, mix quickly and gently with spinach in step 3.

-Mix all ingredients of cheese sauce together.

-Scoop ¼ cheese sauces in step 5 and spread on top of chicken meat, next will be mixture vegetable, roll it carefully.

-Wrap outside with silver paper and put in fridge for 1 hour.

-Stir well egg. Roll one by one chicken roll from wheat four to stirred egg and then bread crumbs.

-Heat the oil with medium heat (make sure oil will cover all chicken rolls). Bring them to fry in 1 – 2 minutes until they turn brown yellow.

-After fried, put on grilled tray to reduce wasted oil.
