Cooperation increased among Vietnamese and French provinces
A French delegation from the Val de Marne provincial council led by Vice Chairman Alain Desmarest paid a working visit to the northern mountainous province of Yen Bai from November 9th-11th, Vietnam News Agency reported.

The delegation visited the Val de Marne-funded mobile library bus at Le Loi junior high school in Nghia Lo town.
Launched in 2008, the mobile library bus has provided free-of-charge books, newspapers and internet services for 64 posts in the province, serving dozens of thousands of local readers per year.
On the occasion, the delegation made a field trip to a tea growing project Val de Marne province funded in Suoi Giang commune, Van Chan district.
The project aims to promote the sustainable development and increase added values of Shan Tuyet-Suoi Giang tea products while raising income for local farmers and meeting international demand./.
