Da Nang hosts Clubs Rowing and Canoeing 2016 tour
(VNF) - The Clubs Rowing and Canoeing 2016 tour opened on April 3rd in Da Nang city.

For Canoeing, as many as 185 athletes (108 male and 77 female) from 22 delegations have registered, competing in 36 categories in the 200m, 500m and 1,000m events.
For Rowing, it saw the participation of 100 athletes (69 male and 31 female) from 14 delegations, competing in 18 categories.
PetroVietnam Insurance Corporation (PVI) and the Vietnam national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines are the main sponsors.
On April 4th, preliminary result in the Rowing showed that the Hanoi delegation ranked first with 11 gold and four bronze medals, followed by the Hai Duong delegation with four gold, four silver and two bronze, and the host Da Nang, with one gold, four silver and three bronze./
