As Vietnamese General Secretary, he often visited his old school. There, he reviewed old photos with his former teacher, Le Duc Giang, and reminisced about his school years at Nguyen Gia Thieu. "At that time, in the evenings, Trong often came to study and do homework in my room because his lodging was dimly lit. On rainy nights, he stayed and slept there, making me feel less lonely. The teacher-student relationship thus grew stronger and lasts today," said teacher Le Duc Giang. (Photo: VNA) |
