The event was organized under the direction of the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Party Office, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. It commemorated the 100th anniversary of Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh's first arrival in China on his journey to find a way to save the country (November 11, 1924 - November 11, 2024) and looked towards the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations (1950-2025).

Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, affirmed that President Ho Chi Minh was a great leader of the Vietnamese people and a close friend of the Chinese people. He devoted his entire life to the cause of national liberation for the Vietnamese people, tirelessly striving for peace and progress worldwide, and dedicated himself to cultivating and developing the friendship between the two Parties and peoples of Vietnam and China.

Dr. Vu Manh Ha stated that the thematic exhibition introduces the public to more than 200 significant documents, images, and artifacts, including many unique and special items that deeply reflect President Ho Chi Minh's revolutionary activities in China over the years.

He emphasized, “His close affection for his comrades, friends, and the Chinese people remains in the hearts of many here.

Today, the sites marking President Ho Chi Minh's revolutionary activities in China have been preserved and promoted by Party, State, and Government leaders at all levels, and the Chinese people. These sites have become important locations for educating revolutionary traditions and fostering friendly exchanges between the people of the two countries, especially the younger generation.

These sites are not only important memorials of President Ho Chi Minh in China but also invaluable spiritual heritages, connecting and transmitting the friendship of 'both comrades and brothers' between the two Parties, two States, and peoples of Vietnam and China."

Through this thematic exhibition, the Organizing Committee wishes to convey the message of the steadfast, strong friendship, standing side by side in the revolutionary cause and national construction between Vietnam and China. This friendship was painstakingly built and nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh, Chairman Mao Zedong, and previous leaders, and is an extremely valuable common asset, forming the foundation of development.

This is a practical cultural activity with a significant influence on the revolutionary activities of Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh in China, on traditional solidarity and friendship, contributing to further promoting the diplomatic relationship between the two countries.
